This 1968 AC 428 is only the second one we've ever seen for sale in the USA. It looks to be in very clean condition, and is said to have matching numbers but a color change from blue in 1989. AC Cars produced only 81 428 Frua's of which only 29 were convertibles . Built on a similar chassis as the 427 cobra . In fact the rolling chassis was sent to Turin Italy for the bodies to be fabricated in steel and returned to AC Cars for painting , trimming etc .
